Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey conducted February 4, 2022, New St. Barnabas Medical Center had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare and state re-license survey completed October 25, 2021.
